Babease are leaders in healthy, organic baby food. They wanted to launch a weaning wizard and baby club, in order to add value for their customers, increase customer loyalty and boost repeat orders.

We created a weaning wizard, which would create the perfect weaning packs for children, depending on their ages, weaning stage and favourite food. This was a web based subscription service, ensuring they could get what they wanted in advance and not have to leave the house! We enjoyed working with the beautiful Babease brand and UXing and designing the weaning journey pages.

We also created a ‘baby club’ landing page and a customer journey to send people there through awareness-generating emails. This incorporated lots of work in MailChimp, segmenting databases and designing attractive and informative email campaigns.
