As you can tell by the name, at Roots we have a strong environmental and sustainable ethos, which runs through the entire business.
But our ethos is more about respect. It’s about respect for the environment and the people who inhabit it. Which feeds right into our day to day workings at Roots. We pride ourselves on being friendly and providing the best possible service to our clients, and creating a working environment devoid of egos & based on mutual respect.

We actively try to work with environmentally responsible companies wherever possible and have a strong portfolio of clients in the green and cleantech sectors.
That includes working with Best.Energy, the Bristol-based company behind the largest Energy Efficiency as a Service project anywhere in the world.
We also work with Livalta, who are constantly developing new, responsible proteins for feed and food using the latest science and technology. Sourcing and creating proteins from materials including co-products, algae and single-cell organisms, they transform them into high-value feed and food ingredients.
