What does it actually mean to be a SharpSpring Silver Partner? Have a read about the marketing platform you never realised you needed in your life until now!

What is SharpSpring?

SharpSpring is a marketing automation platform that enables us to optimise client communication and convert leads into profitable sales. SharpSpring was founded by Rick Carlson to bridge a gap in the market for SMBs and their marketing toolkits, which served excellent capabilities in inbound marketing management but lacked in offline and outbound management. The platform allows for CRM integration, UMS compatibility and can be integrated with hundreds of apps.

In order for us to become a SharpSpring Silver Partner, the team here at Roots completed an extensive training course to get to grips with the system. Upon completion of several tests and a four-hour exam, the team were proud to be accredited with the SharpSpring Silver Partnership.

Why do we use it?

At Roots, we use SharpSpring to track analytics to cut cost per lead and enhance our sales. The objective of marketing automation is to track the content we create, understand how it impacts users and engages new clients. The programme itself uses results-focused marketing decisions, enabling tailor-made campaigns to achieve the desired outcomes. So, as you can imagine it is a very useful tool for us here at Roots to provide the best service possible to our clients.

What does this mean for you?

By allowing us to implement SharpSpring into a clients marketing strategy it allows both us and them to see the performance analytics of campaigns and new leads generated by the website. The basic purpose of SharpSpring is to see if the money being put into advertising and lead generation is working hard to give a great return on investment (ROI). The programme then displays exactly what is getting the greater ROI to allow you, as the client, to distribute your investments in the best places to get the greatest return.

SharpSpring also lets the client track new leads through the stages of initial contact to organising meetings and finally drawing up a contract. And all of this can be done in one place with SharpSpring!
